# Heuresis

> A business-in-a-box. The complete anatomy of an agent-first business — founder, company, tools and instrument — encoded into plain-text folders any AI agent can boot and run. One license, installed on day one.

Heuresis sells an encoded company, not software. Four layers stack in order:
Encoded Founder (the founder written down), Encoded Company (the business as an
openable folder), Encoded Tools (18+ working OS folders), Heuresitics (the
instrument layer). Delivery is plain text — open, read and edit everything.

## The four layers

- Encoded Founder — the founder's story, ICP and arc written down as the manifesto every layer below inherits. The claim: every agentic company leads with the agents; Heuresis leads with the founder.
- Encoded Company — the whole company in a folder. The pipeline ingests what a business already runs (SOPs, inbox, CRM, sheets, notes, payments, brand) and routes it back as a running OS.
- Encoded Tools — 18+ OS folders covering CRM, finance, legal, billing, creator, affiliate and more, plus ready-to-run encoded businesses: Growth Operator, YouTube, Clipping.
- Heuresitics — the instrument layer.

- "Heuresitics" is spelled with the extra `i`. It is not "Heuristics".
- Heuresis is not a SaaS app, an agent framework or a hosted platform. There is no dashboard. The deliverable is files.
