## Select your service

- Business & Digital Services
- People, Care & Learning
- Property, Field & Industrial Services
- Transport, Hospitality & Experiences

## Bring your company’s context into one place.

Documents, Google Drive, local files, connections, SOPs & playbooks, spreadsheets, meeting notes, payments and brand assets.

### Let Heuresis happen

From your company’s context to a clear understanding of how it works.

- Read selected files — Use the company files you make available.
- Inspect connected sources — Find relevant context in your connected tools.
- Gather supporting evidence — Link each finding back to its source.
- Spot inconsistencies — Surface contradictions and missing details.

## Company identity created.

Who your company is, who it serves, and where it is going. Identity describes your business and its direction.

The homepage follows an illustrative marketing agency offering monthly content production to independent clinics. Its goal is to improve the handoff from sales to delivery. These are example company details, not a customer case study or verified business results.

## Your business, mapped.

Departments connect relevant people, knowledge and repeatable work across ten areas of your business. One person or team can cover several areas.

- Direction and offer
- Marketing and acquisition
- Nurture and conversion
- Onboarding
- Fulfillment and client relationships
- People and capacity
- Finance
- Infrastructure
- Administration and operations
- Governance, risk and compliance

A shared record can appear in several departments while keeping one identity and history. Department statuses distinguish Identified (supported by evidence), Possible (needs further investigation), Unknown (not enough understanding yet), and Not applicable. The displayed statuses belong to the illustrative agency.

## Your first priority, selected with you.

Your goal, selected department, reason and next discovery step stay together in Company Identity.

In the example, Onboarding is the selected priority. Sales promises drafts within five days. The onboarding SOP reserves two weeks for discovery. Focus discovery: clarify the handoff, required inputs and first-draft expectations before the client kickoff.

Next question: What must be complete before kickoff, and when should the client expect the first draft?

## A shared memory. With a place for everything.

Who you are. What you know. How your work gets done. Three connected parts of your company, grounded in the evidence and judgment behind them.

- **Company Identity** — Who you serve, what you offer, where you’re going.
- **Company Brain** — Knowledge, decisions and guidance, with the evidence behind them.
- **Company Routines** — Processes, skills and templates for repeatable work.

### Company Brain

Company knowledge, private learning and supporting documents—organized in three collections.

- **Company knowledge** — Reviewed understanding and guidance: knowledge, decisions and instructions, with the reasoning, conditions and exceptions behind them. Supporting evidence shows where understanding came from. Open questions keep uncertainty visible.
- **Notes & learnings** — Private to your account in a company. Selected learning can be proposed for company knowledge and reviewed before adoption. Saving a private note keeps it private.
- **Documents** — Supporting material in your workspace: authorized local files, published company files, and reference material such as briefs, proposals and reports. Source and version details identify the document being used. Information drawn from documents can become company knowledge through review.

### Company Routines

How repeatable work gets done, with execution history where supported. Processes, routines, skills, templates and workflows organize repeatable work; run history, saved results and suggested corrections retain supported execution information and changes to review.

Running a routine requires its reviewed definition, inputs, connections, access and readiness checks through a supported execution system. Private Work tracks your own objectives, progress, results and next steps within the company. Reported completion and verified execution are recorded distinctly.

Evidence and review history show where understanding came from and which changes were accepted. Linked records keep their original identity and history. The interactive Memory demonstration uses illustrative local data; it does not modify a company or connect to business systems.

## Your company’s structure, knowledge, and work — connected.

The company board brings together Company structure, Knowledge & files, Agent definitions, Skills, Workflows and Connections. Its sample files, definitions and connections illustrate an agency workspace; they do not demonstrate live connected accounts or completed execution.

## Interface Options

Work with your company through Chat or Terminal.

- **Chat** — A conversation for questions, decisions and next steps.
- **Terminal** — A terminal workspace for working directly with an agent.

Illustrative agency example · two interfaces, one company context.

## Pre-encoded businesses

Start with a foundation built for the service you deliver: Clipping Agency, LinkedIn Agency, YouTube Agency, Growth Operator Agency and Landscaping Agency. Each foundation brings together Identity, Brain and Routines.

Make it your company. Adapt the offer, knowledge and routines to your clients, standards and team. A starting foundation for your business. Refine it as your company grows.

## Heuresis MCP

Your company context, connected to your AI. In Heuresis Desktop, supported agents use MCP to work with company context, selected evidence and authorised tools.

- Read company context
- Inspect source evidence
- Prepare changes for review
- Use authorised tools

For Codex and Claude Code in Heuresis Desktop. Access follows your selected company and its permissions. This Desktop capability is separate from the public website MCP endpoint, which provides read-only website discovery.

## Your tools. Working together.

Bring your connected apps into the same workspace as your company’s knowledge. Find the context you need and work across the tools you already use. Tool logos on the homepage are illustrative, not evidence of authorised account access.

## What is Heuresis Encoding?

Heuresis Encoding turns your company’s knowledge, judgment, and ways of working into a structured foundation for AI-assisted work.

Bring the material you already have. Heuresis examines selected evidence, proposes its understanding, and asks about important gaps. You correct it and review changes as your company takes shape. You can start with incomplete documentation. Bring what you have; gaps can be made explicit as you go.

As your offers, team, and processes change, add evidence and review updates to the same company understanding.

The following layer descriptions and FAQ are retained from the earlier Business in a Box website for reference and compatibility. ### Historical layers

#### 01 — Encoded Founder

The founder, written down. Story, ICP and judgement encoded as the manifesto every layer below inherits.

Everyone selling AI leads with the agents. Heuresis leads with the founder. A model is a reader; the Encoded Founder is what it reads first. In every business we open up the same constraint shows: the expert is the system, and the system can't survive without the expert in the room. Agents don't fix that — writing the founder down does. Model quality is table stakes; everyone gets the same releases on the same day. What multiplies is what the model has to read: situational awareness, knowledge, encoding — the paper writes it as M = S × K × E. Whatever the next five years do, the founder whose expertise is written down compounds in every branch.

#### 02 — Encoded Company

The whole company in a folder you can open — Heuresis Drive. Steve Jobs pulled a computer out of an envelope; this is the same move for a business.

Your business is already the vehicle. It is a complete A-to-Z box that happens to live scattered across thirty tabs. The pipeline ingests what you already run — SOPs and playbooks, inbox threads, CRM records, spreadsheets, meeting notes, payments, brand assets — encodes it, and routes it back as a running OS: second brain, agent roster, revenue funnel, content engine, daily brief. Pulled from the tools you already run: Gmail, Slack, Notion, Sheets, Stripe, Drive, Zoom.

#### 03 — Encoded Tools

Working OS folders for every part of the business — CRM to finance to legal. 18+ of them, plus complete businesses shipped as folders.

Encoded businesses are complete companies shipped as folders — boot one and any AI becomes the operator. Growth Operator, YouTube and Clipping are ready to run. Alongside them sit the OS folders: affiliate marketing, billing, CRM, creator, digital products, finance, legal and more. Legal OS, for example, carries contracts, regulatory tracking and compliance as readable records rather than a dashboard.

#### 04 — Heuresitics

The instrument layer — the fourth layer of the box. Spelled with the extra i; not 'heuristics'.

Heuresitics is the instrument layer that closes the box: the arc from founder, through company, through tools, ends here. It is the part that makes the other three playable rather than merely readable.

### Historical frequently asked questions

#### What is Heuresis?

A business-in-a-box: your whole company encoded into plain-text folders and files that an AI agent can boot and operate. Four layers — Encoded Founder, Encoded Company, Encoded Tools and Heuresitics — shipped as one licensed box.

#### Is Heuresis software I log into?

No. There is no dashboard and no hosted app. The deliverable is files — plain text you can open, read and edit. That is deliberate: anything an agent can read, it can run.

#### Which AI agents does it work with?

Any of them. Hand the repo to whatever you already talk to — ChatGPT, Claude Code, OpenClaw. There is no setup, no architecture to learn and nothing to wire up.

#### Do I need to be technical?

No. The documentation ships both tracks: a technical track through Claude Code and a fully covered no-code track.

#### What is actually in the box?

Encoded businesses you can boot (Growth Operator, YouTube, Clipping), 18+ encoded OS folders covering CRM through finance and legal, the full studio of live calls and courses, and the complete step-by-step documentation.

#### Who is Heuresis not for?

Anyone who wants to approve every task by hand, expects a heavyweight enterprise rollout, enjoys wiring integrations manually, or would rather keep how the business runs in their head than write it down.

#### How do I start?
